Business relies on cashflow. Cashflow is king. If the money dries up, then there is a strong chance that your workers’ salary payments will dry up too. So all leaders must make sure that the important bases are covered.

And by that mean make sure you’re always chasing up deals that haven’t been completed and you’re willing to put in the extra time to make sure the books balance at the end of the week.
