My Personal Journey: What Happened When I First Tried The ‘Sardine Fast’

My experiment with the sardine fast began with a mounting sense of trepidation. It was an undertaking that seemed to embody my fears around restrictive diets and oddball nutritional fads. Why I Started the Sardine Fast
