I’ve worked in office jobs for over a long time, so I’m familiar with the long hours that can come along with it. Working late nights and weekends is often necessary to get the job done, but what are the effects of such odd working hours? To start off with, let’s look at the physical effects of working extended periods of time in an office setting.
